Journalist: They inform and be free at all times. They must be able to meet deadlines and it is essential for them to be punctual at all times because if they're not, they could miss out some important and relevant information. In order to take on journalism, you must have experience in the media industry and be very passionate. You need good writing skills and have good attendance. Journalists are often found in radio companies and television stations. They also work for newspapers. In my local area, they could be found in different places for example Richmix centre who have their own magazines that you can write for and they would be published. Also there are newspapers such as East End Life and The Advertiser.
Animator: You need good drawing skills and take constructive criticism. You also need to be able to meet deadlines and have good leadership skills. You need to be able to work in a team and this job could be found in Bangla TV, Voice of Africa Radio and certain theatres too.
Choreographer: Must meet deadlines and have good leadership skills. Qualifications in dance and experience is required and this job could be found in Chisenhale dance studio.
Front of House Manager: They are responsible for managing the stage and props. They need to be experienced and have good communicating skills. This job can be found in all areas of the media department.
Runner: A runner is responsible for following orders and has to be organised. By being a runner, you gain experience and in every creative and media industry there is always a runner. There are runners in Bangla TV and other television stations. There are also runners in newspaper companies like East End Life and The Advertiser.
